Terms and conditions

They cover your use of this website. Stamp & Spec is a trade name of The Nesbeth Recovery Company LLC, a New York limited liability company. These terms are not the agreement for any work we do for you. Work is governed by a separate written scope and contract signed before anything starts — if the two ever disagree, that signed contract wins.
A description of what Stamp & Spec does. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, a price, or a commitment to take on work. We decide whether to accept a project after we have spoken to you.
The carton, pouch, garment and molded-part drawings on this site are generic illustrations of standard formats. They are there to show what we specify, not to be used as production artwork. Do not send them to a converter. Dimensions shown are examples. Real work is produced against a written spec sheet signed by both of us.
We specify packaging and we know which certifications to require from a converter and how to check the answer. We are not a testing laboratory and we are not a certification body. Certification of child-resistant closures, food-contact suitability, or any other regulated property comes from the manufacturer and its testing house. We do not warrant that any product is compliant with any law in your jurisdiction. That responsibility stays with you as the brand owner.
Everything you send us — artwork, logos, photography, copy — must be yours to use, or licensed to you. You confirm that when you send it.
You are responsible for what your product claims and for whether it may lawfully be sold where you sell it.
You approve the final proof. Once you approve it, the run is yours.
The content, drawings, code and design of this site belong to The Nesbeth Recovery Company LLC, trading as Stamp & Spec. Ownership of work we produce for you is set in your signed contract, not here.
Where we link to another site we are not responsible for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of New York County, New York have jurisdiction.
