Refund policy

We do not hold stock. When you pay a deposit, that money goes to a trade supplier to start a production run built specifically for your brand. Once it is placed, it cannot be unplaced and the materials cannot be sold to anyone else.

Refundable before we place the order with the supplier. Non-refundable after.

We tell you in writing when we are about to place the order. Up to that point, ask and we return the deposit less any design or specification work already completed at the rate card. After that point the deposit is spent and we cannot return it.

Design and specification work is billed on completion of each deliverable. Once a deliverable is approved by you, that fee is earned and is not refundable. If you cancel before a deliverable is complete, we bill for work done to date at the rate card and refund the balance.

If goods arrive defective or materially different from the approved proof, we work with the supplier to replace or credit them. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for consequential losses — lost sales, rebranding costs, or similar.
