Stamp & Spec — Legal
Privacy policy
Effective September 11, 2026
This site is operated by The Nesbeth Recovery Company LLC, a New York limited liability company, trading as Stamp & Spec, at 228 Park Avenue South, #872598, New York, NY 10003. Stamp & Spec is a trade name of The Nesbeth Recovery Company LLC. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
We collect two things, and nothing else.
What you type into the contact form: your name, your brand name, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. You choose to send it; we do not collect it any other way.
Analytics, only if you agree: if you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how you move through the site — pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser. If you reject, or ignore the banner, none of it loads and no analytics cookie is set. You can change your mind from the cookie settings link in the footer.
Form submissions — to reply to you and to quote work, and nothing else. Analytics — to see which pages people read.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build profiles on you, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
We never share your information with any other business we are connected to. Enquiries to this practice stay with this practice.
Google — analytics data, only with your consent. Google's own privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies.
Google Fonts — the site loads typefaces from Google's servers, which means your IP address reaches Google when the page loads. This happens before any consent choice, because it is part of rendering the page.
GoDaddy — the site is hosted on GoDaddy's Airo platform. Contact form submissions are transmitted through GoDaddy's email infrastructure, which receives and relays the contents of every submission to the configured recipient address. GoDaddy also runs a platform analytics script (img1.wsimg.com/signals) that sets three cookies on page load regardless of your consent choice: _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit, and _scc_session. These are set by hosting infrastructure, not by code we wrote. GoDaddy's privacy policy (https://www.godaddy.com/legal/agreements/privacy-policy) applies to their processing.
Our web host — GoDaddy, which keeps standard server logs.
Form submissions: 24 months. Analytics: retained on Google's default schedule for the property, which you set in Google Analytics. Server logs: whatever the host keeps by default.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Ask at [email protected] and we will respond. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
If you are in California, you have rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.
If you are in the EU or UK, our basis for processing is your consent for analytics and our legitimate interest in answering you for the contact form.
The site is served over HTTPS. New York's SHIELD Act requires reasonable safeguards for private information of New York residents, and we maintain them. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
